Free Shipping:

Free shipping usually takes 10 to 12 business days for processing and further 2-3 business days in shipping and handling. 

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping will cost $30 and will take 6-7 business days in processing and further 2-3 business days in shipping and handling. 

When your package is shipped towards your destination, you will receive an email informing you about your product’s shipping and tracking details. However, in case it passes the time schedule and has crossed the estimated time limit so you can communicate with our customer service representative via Email, WhatsApp, or Live chat for a quick response. (Public holidays or natural disasters may cause delays in delivery).

Shipping Access:

We have partnered with our best trusted carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx Express and UPS. Additionally, we provide our dear customers with e-mails regarding their tracking and shipping details of the products dispatched to be delivered to their destination. In the unlikely case where you can’t take your package due to unavailability, you can ask a neighbor to accept the parcel on your behalf or attach a note to your door pointing to their address so that they can sign and collect the product for you.

Applicable Don’ts For Sure:

In the further course of action, we hold customers responsible for providing us with precise shipping address and correct contact number as well as with proper personal details. The main reason is that the parcel is not being sent to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, it is necessary that you must give us your entire physical or residential address for shipping. If you wish to change the address of the shipment, then you can contact DHL Express, FedEx Express and UPS directly for any changes.

Western Leather Jacket will notify: 

Once you order from Western Leather Jacket, you will receive a notice confirming your order along with a copy of the receipt for the complete item you ordered. If you have not received this notice it means that for some technical reasons or problems your enlistment has failed. The product will not be shipped or put into further process until the confirmation receipt is sent to you.

How To Claim For Delivery Late And Item Damaged:

As we always cater to the interests of our valued customers, we will pay compensation for late delivery as well as damages incurred while in possession of the ordered items. In case the customer does not receive the package and is unable to trace it within the most probable time, a form of stipend will be provided. Hence, the credit will be copied back into the credit card or PayPal account or a replacement will be provided. If you receive the item with damages or something improbable, you’ll have to reach us by Email, WhatsApp or Live chat in a period of 07 business days after the conveyance is made regarding the issue. Besides that, you are also entitled to a 30-day return policy for your refund. 

Approximate Time For Delivery:

We shall send an email containing a notice for shipping products and a tracking ID. Once shipped, it is supposed to take about 05 to 07 business days to reach your doorstep; in the case of Expedited shipping, it takes an additional 1 to 2 business days for the delivery of the product to your doorstep once it’s shipped.
