RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy
At Western Leather Jacket, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. If you experience any issues with your order, you can contact our customer support via Email, WhatsApp, or Live Chat.
Returns and exchanges are only approved in cases where:
- The size given was not what was expected.
- The item received differed in design from that indicated on our website.
- To initiate your return/exchange, please reach out to us within seven days of receiving your order and send a photo specifying the issue. Our 24/7 customer support team will assist you in resolving this through either a refund or an exchange; any request made after seven days will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Exclusions
You are not eligible for a return or refund if:
- The jacket has been changed or tags have been cut off.
- You ordered the same product in different sizes.
- The item has been used or has been opened and is not in the original condition.
Also, Western Leather Jacket is not obliged to provide refunds or store credits in following cases:
- Change your mind.
- Accidentally purchased.
- The 30-day return period has already expired.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at info@westernleatherjacket.com with bright clear images of the product, along with a detailed description of the issue. Once your return request gets verified and approved:
You have to return the item by yourself. You are also liable for the first onward shipping since we provide free shipping to our customers but it is not free to us. Please send us the tracking number by mail. Once we received the product, your account will be credited immediately.
Exchange Policy
Should you wish to swap your item for any other color or size, we will be happy to process your immediate exchange free of charge. You will, however, be responsible for any return shipping fees required.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
If approved for return, your package will need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number on it, which is to be generated by us, before shipping the package to our warehouse.
Custom Duties & Taxes
We declare all our products as gifts so that our clients may escape heavy custom duties. We do, however, inform that minimal charges could be levied by some countries which are the responsibility of the customers as per their local rules.
Restocking Fee
Returned merchandise incurs a restocking fee which covers the costs associated with repackaging and shipping. This fee is dependent on the product’s size, type, and weight.
